Solid, widely used, TDLR-approved, $25. Our main gripe is the checkout: the site pushes paid add-ons (rush processing, mailed certificates, audio read-along) that most Texans don’t need. Decline them and it’s a fine course. Full review.
Things that don’t matter (despite the marketing)
- “Fastest course.” The 6-hour minimum is enforced by timers in every approved course.
- “Court-approved.” Courts don’t approve courses; TDLR does. Every approved course is accepted by every court.
- “Free certificate.” Instant download is standard now. What varies is whether a mailed original costs extra.
- Coupon codes. The $25 floor is statutory, so codes only ever discount premium formats.
