Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Ticket Dismissal HQ (ticketdismissalhq.com) collects, how it’s used, and your choices. It applies to this website only.

What we collect

  • Information you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, and message. We use it only to reply and keep it only as long as needed.
  • Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting records IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and troubleshooting.
  • Link clicks. Links to course providers pass through our /go/ redirect, which records that a click happened (time, page, and browser type). This helps us understand which guides are useful.
  • Analytics. We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool to count visits and page views in aggregate. We don’t sell or share personal data for advertising.

Cookies

This site itself sets only functional cookies (for example, to remember a collapsed section). When you follow a link to a course provider, the provider or its affiliate network (such as CJ Affiliate) may set a cookie on their site to attribute your enrollment to us. That cookie is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

Third parties

We link to course providers, state agencies, and courts. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by contacting us. Residents of California, the EU/UK and other jurisdictions with privacy laws have additional rights under those laws, which we honor.

Children

This site is intended for licensed drivers and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

We’ll post any changes to this policy here with a new effective date. Effective date: September 15, 2026.
